Technical Service Loaner Policy
Customers contact ERBE USA and request a Loaner system. At that time, a Return Authorization (RA) number for the products being returned will be issued. For systems not covered under warranty, a Purchase Order (PO) is required prior to shipping a loaner unit.

    The following conditions / procedures apply:

  • ERBE's standard shipping method for Loaners and Repaired customer systems is UPS ground.
  • All customers are responsible for the shipping costs for sending their systems and the return of the loaner unit to ERBE USA. Furthermore, customer's who request expedited shipping will be charged for all freight costs and will require a valid PO number for processing.
  • Customer's are responsible for shipping the equipment to ERBE within 5 working days of receiving the loaner units. Additionally, to return ERBE's loaner system upon receipt of the repaired system within 5 days at the customer's expense.
  • Loaners not shipped within 5 working days will incur a loaner fee, starting on the 6th day after customer's receipt of repaired system.
  • All accounts are faxed this policy and the decontamination statement prior to shipment. Additional copies are included with the loaner system shipment.
